When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message and any phone number you choose to provide, together with the property concerned and the language used. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your request. Providing a phone number is optional. Without contact details and enough information about your request, we may be unable to respond.

Our service providers may also process ordinary technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and the time of a request, to operate the website, deliver messages, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising list.

Access is limited to authorized people handling your enquiry and providers supporting website hosting, form delivery and email. Depending on those providers’ infrastructure, information may be processed outside Quebec.

We keep enquiry information only while needed to handle and follow up on the request or meet applicable legal obligations. Once those purposes are fulfilled, we delete it, subject to legally required retention.

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, raise a privacy concern, or withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal may limit our ability to continue handling your request.
