Founded in 2020 and based in Pointe-Claire, IREB is a real estate investment and operations company. We own and operate industrial and multifamily properties.

Our focus
Industrial and multifamily real estate are at the centre of our business. We own properties that provide space for businesses and homes for residents, alongside selected investments held through limited partnerships.
Our industrial interests include single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings, small-bay properties and terminals. Our residential properties are in Montréal’s Parc-Extension neighbourhood, close to local services and public transit.

Our office is located at 107 Avenue Gun, Pointe-Claire, in an industrial property we own and manage.
From this base, we oversee the industrial and residential properties under our direct management. Our involvement in their daily operation informs our acquisition decisions and the work we undertake as owners.

Our current properties and investments are concentrated in Greater Montréal, across the island of Montréal and the South Shore.
Our industrial acquisition interests also extend to Ontario, Alberta and Texas. We consider selected opportunities in Florida as well.
