We work directly with owners considering the sale of an individual property or a portfolio. Understanding their priorities and plans helps shape the terms of a transaction.
Discussions can address the timing of a sale, continued occupancy and possible leaseback arrangements. This allows owners to consider the transaction alongside the needs of their business and their plans for what comes next.
What we look for
Our industrial interests include single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings, small-bay properties and terminals. In multifamily real estate, we consider established rental properties and portfolios.
We assess the building’s condition, its use and the work needed to support its long-term viability. We also consider selected retail opportunities.
